Peptide Protocols + Longevity Medicine

Aging doesn't have to
mean decline.
That's a choice. And a practice.

I've been passionate about longevity and healthspan my whole life. Not the idea of just living longer — but living fully, vibrantly, and intentionally for as long as possible. That passion took me into functional oncology, into the biochemistry of aging, into years of studying what actually works at the cellular level.

Most people wait until something goes wrong. This work is about getting ahead of it. Using precision tools — peptides, targeted nutraceuticals, biomarker testing, and body composition data — to understand exactly where you are and intervene intelligently.

The Philosophy

The tools only work
when the order is right.

This is what separates longevity medicine from biohacking trends. Anyone can order a peptide. Anyone can take NMN. The question is — what does your body actually need, in what order, at what dose, and paired with what else?

I don't build protocols from lists. I build them from data. Your telomere length. Your body composition. Your inflammatory markers. Your hormone patterns. Your mitochondrial function. The right tool for the wrong terrain does nothing. We prepare the terrain first — then we deploy the tools.

"Peptides are the code. They signal your biology toward what you want it to do. But the body has to be ready to receive that signal. That's the part most people skip — and why most protocols underdeliver."

This work also extends into functional oncology. The Intervention program can be used to support people in active treatment — not as a replacement for their oncology care, but as a precision nutritional and lifestyle layer that supports the body's capacity to fight, recover, and rebuild.

Measure First

You can't optimize
what you haven't measured.

Before any protocol is built, we establish your baseline. This is non-negotiable in my practice. Guessing at longevity interventions is the fastest way to waste time and money. Data tells us where you actually are — biologically, not just chronologically.

Body Composition
DEXA Scan
The most underused tool in longevity. Muscle mass, bone density, visceral fat — the metrics that actually predict healthspan. Most people have no idea what their baseline is. DEXA tells you exactly where you stand and how you're responding to your protocol over time.
Muscle mass Bone density Visceral fat Protocol tracking
Biological Age
Telomere Length Testing
Your chronological age is one number. Your biological age is another — and it's the one that actually matters. Telomere length is one of the most validated markers of cellular aging. A powerful baseline and an even more powerful way to track whether your interventions are working.

Comprehensive Biomarkers
Advanced Lab Panel
Inflammation markers, metabolic function, hormone patterns, mitochondrial markers, nutrient status — the full picture of what's driving your biology right now. Run through functional labs for depth that standard physicals don't provide.
Inflammation Metabolic function Hormones Mitochondrial health
Cellular Nutrition
CMA + NutrEval
Intracellular nutrient status — the foundation of every longevity protocol. You cannot support mitochondrial function, cellular repair, or peptide response with a nutrient-depleted terrain. We assess this before we build anything.

Peptide Protocols

Precision signals.
Targeted results.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as biological messengers — telling your cells to repair, regenerate, reduce inflammation, optimize metabolism, and rebuild. They don't force the body to do anything. They signal it toward what it already knows how to do, when it needs support getting there.

Every peptide protocol is built from your data and your goals. Nothing is generic. Nothing is guessed. I work with a physician partner for prescribing where indicated.

Peptides I work with
Repair + Recovery
BPC-157
Body Protection Compound. One of the most researched peptides for tissue repair, gut healing, inflammation reduction, and nervous system support. Used for injury recovery, leaky gut, chronic inflammation, and systemic healing.
Tissue repair Gut healing Anti-inflammatory
Skin + Cellular Repair
GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
One of the most powerful naturally occurring peptides in the body — and one of the most studied. GHK-Cu activates over 4,000 genes related to tissue repair, collagen synthesis, anti-aging, and cellular regeneration. Declines significantly with age.
Cellular repair Collagen synthesis Anti-aging
Longevity + Epigenetics
Epitalon
A tetrapeptide that regulates the epiphysis and has been extensively studied for its effects on telomere elongation, melatonin regulation, and lifespan extension. One of the most compelling peptides in longevity research.
Telomere support Longevity Epigenetic regulation
Immune + Thymic Support
KLOW (Thymosin Beta-4)
Supports immune regulation, tissue repair, and anti-inflammatory pathways. Particularly relevant in oncology support, autoimmune conditions, and anyone looking to optimize immune resilience as part of a longevity protocol.

Longevity Nutraceuticals

The compounds that work
when the science backs them up.

I don't recommend supplements because they're trending. I recommend them because the research supports them and the data shows your body needs them. These are the nutraceuticals I most often integrate into longevity protocols — paired with the right testing to confirm indication and dosing.

Methylene Blue — a mitochondrial electron carrier with decades of research behind it. Supports cellular energy production, cognitive function, and neuroprotection. One of the most interesting compounds in longevity medicine right now — and one I use clinically when indicated.
NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) — a direct precursor to NAD+, the molecule central to energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cellular aging. NAD+ declines dramatically with age. NMN supports its restoration. Paired with telomere testing to track biological impact.
Targeted antioxidants — glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid, CoQ10, resveratrol — selected based on your oxidative stress markers and mitochondrial function data. Not a generic stack. What your biology actually needs.
Senolytics and senomorphics — compounds that target senescent cells (the "zombie cells" that accumulate with aging and drive inflammation). Quercetin, fisetin, and others — timed and dosed based on your inflammatory markers.
Adaptogenic and mitochondrial support — rhodiola, ashwagandha, PQQ, and others that support stress resilience, mitochondrial biogenesis, and HPA axis function. Built into protocols where the data and clinical picture support it.
"The order and the pairing matter as much as the tools themselves. Methylene blue and NMN work differently on a depleted terrain than on a prepared one. This is why we test first. Every time."
GLP-1 + Retatrutide Therapy
The most talked-about
intervention in medicine.
For good reason.
GLP-1 receptor agonists have moved far beyond weight loss — and GLP-3, the next evolution in this class, takes it further still. They're showing remarkable effects on metabolic health, inflammation, cardiovascular risk, cognitive function, and longevity markers. And retatrutide — the next generation triple agonist — just completed Phase 3 trials showing results equivalent to bariatric surgery.

I work with these as a researcher and clinician — understanding the mechanism, the data, and how they integrate into a comprehensive longevity protocol. Not as a shortcut. As a precision tool for the right person at the right time.

Functional Oncology Support

The body knows how to fight.
We help it do it better.

With advanced training in functional nutrition oncology, I work with people navigating cancer — not as a replacement for their oncology team, but as a precision nutritional and lifestyle layer that supports the body's capacity to tolerate treatment, maintain strength, reduce inflammation, and rebuild after.

This includes targeted supplementation, anti-inflammatory nutrition protocols, immune support, and select peptides where clinically appropriate. The Intervention program can be adapted for oncology support — a structured, data-driven approach for people who want to bring everything they have to their healing.

Peptides and longevity protocols are available as add-ons within The Intervention. If you want the complete experience — testing, nutrition, nervous system work, peptides, and identity-level transformation — that's where it all comes together.
