I know what it’s like to look “fine” on the outside while feeling anything but on the inside. Years ago, I was running on stress and willpower, juggling my life while my body sent signals I didn’t understand—fatigue, brain fog, and symptoms that didn’t match my “normal” lab results. I was told everything looked fine, but I knew it wasn’t.

That’s what led me to dig deeper—first for myself, then for my clients. Today, I’m a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS, LDN) with a PhD in Mind–Body Medicine, combining the best of functional nutrition, advanced testing, and mind–body techniques to help people finally get to the bottom of what’s going on.

My work blends functional health science with tools to shift the subconscious mind—because lasting change only happens when we address both your biochemistry and your behavior patterns.
